I have always been happy to visit your store on Notre-Dame in Sudbury until today. I am in there five days a week with my friends early in the morning. I usually have a medieum Cappocino and a muffin. On this day I went in with a voucher for a free medium Cappocino (stickers). There were no medium cups. I asked to upgrade my cappocino to a large with the same vouch er because of this. The server - morning manager said "NO" because it would start a precedent and they could not afford it...
I am the priest at St-Jean-de-Brébeuf down the street. I have been going there for years and in the past years we have bought thousands of dollars in Christmas vouchers from you for the needy of our community...The staff knows me and the people from my church who are always there.. .
I thank you for the good service in the past...but with negative attitudes such as this morning I will relocate my business elsewhere...
