I went in this established, before it was shut down. The food was disgusting, and the service was horrible. Once the food arrived, I ordered a chicken breast with potatoes and some veggies. The chicken tasted cold, and it tasted disgusting. I informed the server, and she didn't do nothing about it. I hardly touched my plate. Once she came back with the bill, I told her I am not paying for something that I was not satisfied. She basically told me, that I have to pay the bill. I made a big stink about it, so she went to go get the manager who was a older guy. I thought he would have some manners and at least some customer service skills. Boy was I wrong, he treated me like dirt. Told me what to do you expect that sauce comes out of a bottle, that is why your chicken was cold. I suggested maybe, instead of them putting it on the chicken they should put it on the side. I told him I was not satisfied with my food. I told him I am not paying for disgusting food. He basically told me fine don't pay for it, but don't ever come back here again. I said fine. I paid for my pop, because I felt that I should, because I drank the pop. Once I walked out, I decided to go to another place that had better service, and better food. I can see why this place went hill, and was shut down. Due to the fact that they have poor customer service skills, and the cooks don't know how to cook worth shit. Thank goodness this establishment is gone, because I would feel bad for people who wasted their money at this establishment.
