Öncelikle çalışan arkadaşlara hiç bir olumsuz yorumum yok durumu toplamaya çalışıp elinden geleni yaptılar ama lahmacunda bir koku olduğunu söyleyince elinde ki tabağa bir avuç kıyma koyarak patronları geldi bu ne çirkin bir üsluptur tabağı arkadaşımın burnuna sokuyor eliyle kadın arkadaşımın kolunu dürtüyor yakın mesafeden konuşuyor sen kimsin ya bu ne samimiyet konuşma tavrını söylemiyorum bile ilk ve son gidişim!!

Müşteriye verdiği siparişe göre davranıyorlar! Bu sefer sadece iki çorba içmeye geldik. Masaya yarım parça ekmek getirildi, su getirdiler bardağı kendim istedim. Garsonlar masayla ilgilenmediği için ekmek istemeye içeri gitmek zorunda kaldım, üstelik ücretini ödemeyi teklif ettim. Çorbalar bitmek üzereyken peçete getirdiler, daha doğrusu ihsan ettiler sagolsunlar! Bütün bunlara rağmen garson bir de polemiğe girmeye çalışıyor. Garsonluk sadece tabak taşımak değildir. Sorumlu olması gerekenler sorunlu davranıyor. Müşteriye harcadığı paraya göre değil, insan olduğu için saygı gösterilir!

Une expérience décevante pour presque tous les plats que nous avons pris ce soir. Viande grasse et mal cuite, agneau trop gras et sans goût et salade catastrophique. C’est certainement le pire restaurant que nous avons essayé à Etobicoke. À fuir car nous venons de jeter 120 CAD à la poubelle…

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we were surprised by the extent of this review, as the concerns described do not reflect the quality or standards we work hard to maintain. Our meats are prepared fresh and according to the traditional style of the dishes we serve. Certain cuts of lamb naturally contain some fat, which contributes to their flavour and tenderness, but we completely understand that this may not suit everyone’s preference. We also take concerns about undercooked food very seriously. If something is not cooked to a guest’s liking, we are always happy to address it at the restaurant, whether that means cooking it further or finding another solution. Regarding the salad and the other dishes, simply describing them as “disastrous” unfortunately doesn’t give us much information about what was actually wrong. Constructive feedback is always welcome because it gives us an opportunity to understand the issue and improve. We respect that everyone has different tastes, but calling us “the worst restaurant in Etobicoke” and telling others to “avoid it at all costs” based on one experience feels unnecessarily harsh.We would much rather have had the opportunity to address your concerns while you were with us.
