Came in for the Wednesday wing special and received the absolute best customer service in the world! Even with the Wednesday rush, Bassel was on top of everything—super fast, friendly, and kept the vibe amazing. The food came out hot and fresh without any delay. Bassel holds this spot down and deserves a raise ASAP!

usually don't write reviews, but the service I received at 6ixty Wings today was so good I had to. Bassel greeted us with great energy, took care of our order flawlessly, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. He made the whole experience top-tier. Bassel is holding this location down—get this man a promotion and a raise!

First time trying 6ixty wings, we did take-out and they were great! The wings were nice and crispy as were the fries when we got them home. The staff was friendly and went over and above to correct a mistake with our order… we will definitely order again!!

Diner style atmosphere but the wings are fabulous and the service outstanding and super friendly. If it’s your birthday you get a free pound of wings loaded fries and a drink. Thank you to Rumaan for the great experience. We will come back if only to be served by you . Thank you Mark and Christine

We ordered the party pack of 5 pound wings and only received 4 pounds one missing flavour and nobody would do anything about it so I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

September 2026, tried the Signature Combo with dry Cajun wings and loaded fries. The order was ready in less than 10 minutes. The food was good, and the customer service was excellent.

Extremely dissatisfied with the food. I ordered the Spicy Garlic Parm, but it tasted overwhelmingly like buffalo sauce and nothing like what I expected. The loaded fries were also drenched in sauce to the point that they were practically inedible. We ended up throwing out the food and decided to eat somewhere else because it was honestly that bad. For the price, it was absolutely not worth it. One of the worst food spots I’ve tried in Ottawa. Definitely would NOT recommend!!

Delicious food, undeniably! So was worth the wait for the wings. Having the onions rings and jalapeño poppers while we waited made that barely noticeable, but it was a tad long... gap between was noticed. However. Given the quality of the wings and Delicious flavors, I accept!

Amazing experience! The food was great, but what really made our visit special was Obi. He’s an amazing guy—super friendly, respectful, welcoming, and professional.

The front desk worker named Nathan was extremely professional and kind. Helped my entire group pick out our orders while giving personal input on his picks. Great kid 100% going far! 100% worth coming if Nathan is working.

Every time my family and I go here it is consistently great. The loaded fries and the freshness of the wings set them apart from all the competition. In addition, their presentation of the meal is top notch and the portion size is generous.

I ordered the signature combo which comes with 1 pound of wings (I got creamy cajun), a side of loaded fries and a drink. The fries were super flavorful and cooked perfectly however the wings were another story. The sauce itself is very good and I love a saucy wing but the wings themselves were pretty dry and chewy. I'm not sure if I just got unlucky/a bad batch but I was really let down by the wings. I'll definitely give them another chance in the future though.

Can I have some more chicken wing to go with my sauce. Too much sauce. Even the salad was very saucy. Wings overall were too saucy . Could not even use my dipping sauce cause it was too much sauce to begin with. The onion rings were good and the Commemorative Ginger Ale can was cool.
