Thanks for giving us a try, Tom. We located your order and can see that Uber had difficulty finding a driver. Unfortunately, driver availability, delivery times and the additional cost of third-party delivery are outside of our control. Uber is offered as a convenience for customers who want delivery, but there are always variables with third-party delivery that we simply can’t control. For the best value and freshest experience, we recommend ordering directly for pickup — or better yet, dining in and enjoying the pizza straight from the oven. As for the burnt bottoms, we did check the Uber order and no complaint or supporting photos were submitted to us through Uber. If the pizzas left our kitchen that way, we absolutely want to see it.
