Went in. Door filthy. Wanted to wash hands and bathrooms were blocked off. Shaggy dark hair kid laughed about us leaving after we said we didn't want to eat where we couldn't access hand washing. 8 pm Aug 19

I have been to the drive through here 4 times now, every time I get a few prices and chicken and every time I have to park and wait. If there is no line and it’s a Friday at 5pm I would expect them to have fresh chicken.

Honestly, save your money and go somewhere else. We ordered a mini Blizzard and a large Blizzard today, paid extra for extra toppings, and got handed two cups of soup. You could literally stir them. They didn't even do the signature Dairy Queen upside-down flip when they handed them to us—probably because they knew it would have poured all over the counter. When I brought it up to the guy at the front counter, he was super defensive and kept challenging me, saying "Nope, nope, it's a shake. It's a shake." We kept telling him no, we ordered Blizzards, but he just kept giving us the runaround to cover his tracks. It was so awkward and embarrassing that we just left and sat in the car. My son's was so runny he couldn't even enjoy it, so he decided to go back inside to politely ask for a replacement. The guy completely refused him, blamed us, and claimed it "melted because it took too long." He even lied straight to our faces and claimed he did do the upside-down flip when he gave them to us. He absolutely did not. To make it worse, another employee jumped in just to defend the first guy and berate my son. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. They don't care about quality, they lie to your face, and they treat people terribly.
