⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just stopped by Fatburger for some food and was pleasantly surprised! The burger was really good and had a solid, satisfying taste, and the fries were crispy and cooked just right. Everything was fresh and enjoyable. Overall, definitely a good experience and I’d go back again. If you’re looking for a good burger and crispy fries, it’s worth checking out!

Burgers are excellent. Always great tasting. I rank Fatburger and Five Guys top two in the city for burger chains (by a landslide). I can only hope they will continue to do what they're doing...

Hands down best fat burger in the city. This has been our go to place to eat for years now. We are always greeted when we first walk in and the staff are very hospitable. We never have any issues with cleanliness - the floors, tables, and washrooms are always clean. We always have a positive experience with the food - had the chicken tenders and wings and they were delicious. I usually order a mushroom Swiss burger too and that never disappoints. We tried the curly fries for the first time and they were nice and crispy. The cashier was exceptional- she was engaging and kind and even offered my daughter a toy from the toy chest. Her service really stood out as she even checked up on us when she delivered our food. We were just so impressed this past visit that we even went back to tip them.

The vibe is hip, the server is cheerful, and the food is delicious. The onion rings were the best fried food of my life. Just like another reviewer said, the milkshake is amazing too.

A hidden gem for a great breakfast . Quality food and friendly staff. Dining room is always clean . An outstanding location as far as fatburger chain goes . One of my top two places for breakfast . Affordable , good quality and consistent .

I love this location. I work nearby so I stop here when I can. It’s always fresh and so good. I love their burgers, tenders, and fries! I will also stop here just for onion rings alone as they are so delicious!

I eat at this restaurant chain all the time because they have my favorite milkshakes and their burgers are always amazing. The food was fine my only problem was there was ants crawling all over their fountain drink area right on top where the cups and everything are and under the machine. It wasn't just one ant, it was 6 or 7 that I saw in a matter of 3 seconds grabbing my drink. It's very clear that there is an ant problem here and something under the machine needs to be cleaned and debugged. Hope this will lead to that.

If you’re looking for a great meal in a positive environment, this is the spot. The first thing I noticed when walking in was how really clean and tidy everything was. The team has a great energy that makes the whole place feel welcoming. As always, the burgers were phenomenal. Great energy, great staff and excellent food!

I'm not a fan of fat burger I find that the chicken strips are too crispy. My family enjoys eating at Fat Burger. They never really yell "FAT TIPPP" when given a tip.

We absolutely love coming to this Fatburger location! Aura, Christian, and Karl — along with the rest of the team — always go above and beyond to make every visit such a great experience. Their friendly smiles, welcoming energy, and outstanding customer service truly set this location apart from others. Every time we come in, the staff are incredibly helpful, attentive, and make us feel valued as customers. It’s rare to consistently receive such impeccable service, which is exactly why we’ve become recurring customers and continue choosing this specific location. The food was really really great and the staff is extremely hospitable. The atmosphere was really cozy, which added to the overall experience. I had the Bacon& Cheese Smash burger and it was absolutely delicious. Prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous. Overall, a solid 5-star experience – would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed my visit to Fatburger Macleod. Probably the best burger I’ve had in a while. Sherrie and Alex were amazing; very friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back again.

This restaurant needs a lot of TLC! Tenders were breaded in flour that should have been previously sifted through or discarded. Still Christmas decorations hanging from the ceiling which also appears to be the last time both salts & peppers were last filled. Dining room could benefit from a much needed deep clean. Staff were attentive & friendly, but a disappointing experience for 2 combos costing us $50.
