Do not order the spicy lemon grass soup at this location. They make it so thick its like having sweet and sour sauce poured over noodles...not a soup. It was so oily almost a quarter of an inch of oil floating on top.

Amazing experience at Freshii! The food was fresh, healthy, and delicious, with great portion sizes. Everything was prepared nicely and tasted really good. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend.

I would rate this as a zero if i could. The worst bowl and wrap we have ever half. Zero sauce in both. Biddha Satay bowl- the brocolli was NOT spicy, only lighty blanched with no salt or pepper. Raw tofu, raw carrots and all other veggies. Boiled noodles at the bottom. Again No sauce or flavour. Same with the wrap- No Sauce. And full of quinoa.how are wr suppossed to add any sauce to the wrap once its wrapped... its just ridiculous to spend $40 for just veggies pit together in a bowl and wrap. Never will I be ordering from any Freshii lication ever again.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They provided excellent customer service and made sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly in a clean and comfortable environment. You can tell the team truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend this location.

Very unfortunate, I always get Freshii for lunch when I'm downtown at work, and decided to order from this location since I was craving it. Compared to the downtown one, the food here is subpar. They were out of salmon by 1PM so I had to order the tuna poke bowl which had no sriracha mayo, no wasabi mayo, and the avocado and onions weren't even sliced. My buddha satay bowl had such a tiny container of peanut sauce, that it was tasteless and dry. Wouldn't recommend

Hi Billy, Thank you taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience at our location didn't live up to your usual freshii standards. We want to sincerely apologize for being out of salmon. Due to regional supply chain disruptions surrounding the stampede, our supplier has unfortunately been out of stock for the past 2 weeks despite our daily sttempts to order it. Regarding the portions and preparation, freshii has recently updated its corporate menu and recipes. The current sauce container sizes and food prep guidelines are strictly following these new recipes. However we hear you loud and clear on the prep of Avocado and onions and we will review this with our kitchen team to ensure everything is being served correctly. We value your loyalty as a regular customer and hope you will give another chance to provide you with a much better meal in the future.

Super disappointed, why advertise your open till 9 PM if your going to close half the store and make most things not available on the menu? Just advertise open till 830 PM.

I don't recommend it, it's the worst. They are incredibly slow to process orders; it took half an hour to attend to me while they were serving others who arrived after me. Just too bad
