A fantastic, traditional Italian restaurant with a wide selection of delicious options. My family has gone several times and we have always had an excellent time, and the staff has been very accommodating for our baby with both a quieter area as well as space for the stroller. I would highly recommend going here for a great experience!

I had a solo dinner at this restaurant today. The server Derek was courteous and classy, and both his recommendations were spot on and I had a good food and good wine. This is my third consecutive awesome experience at Grazie. I highly recommend anybody who loves Italian food to visit this restaurant.

Extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. During my visit, a male server with a mustache approached me, touched my shoulder, and proceeded to lecture me about tipping. He specifically told me that he wanted to teach me that in North America, I was expected to leave a tip. we are not in the U.S even! He pressured me to tip on two separate occasions and also made a point of telling me that gratuity was not included in the bill. I found his behaviour incredibly disrespectful, condescending, and inappropriate. I came to enjoy a meal, not to be lectured about North American tipping culture or pressured into leaving a gratuity. Tipping is voluntary and should reflect the quality of service, not the result of pressure or guilt. Regardless of a customer's background, everyone deserves to be treated with respect. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I hope management takes this behaviour seriously. hopefully they pay them enough to they don't ask 3-4 times for tip! tip should not be enforced! tip is only for when they do something special not for that food with that bad quality!!

I loved this restaurant so much when I dated my husband. Been here a million times. So yesterday I brought my daughter for her birthday. I am positive the waiter fat shamed me. For the record, I had massive weight gain from a horrible accident and tbi in 2020. Lost a ton of weight since then.

Was there for dinner Last night, Very rushy and basic service, you don’t bring a bill to a table before your customers ask for it. The place is very over rated and food is average at best.

Came in 20 mins before and they immediately leas us to a table, workers are SUPER kind and friendly and the food was exquisite. I got the spicy vodka pasta it was so great with so much sauce just that these could be a little more pasta but for that price it’s insane. My friends also liked the food and we were super happy! Definitely recommend!

The basta spaghetti was really yummy and the seafood soft. I wasn't a big fan of the pizza but maybe the olives were overpowering the pizza a little bit. The servers will sprinkle more parm as needed. It's definitely an easy Italian restaurant you can go to. We reserved and by the time we got there it was packed.

I am a big fan of Italian food and chose here to celebrate my birthday. Jamie was so nice and helpful for food recommendations. The taste of the food is unique, the pizza they made has unique taste which you won’t find in other place. Highly recommend salad with Burrata, and chili oils on the pizza. I think it’s both house made. Will come back again.

A very popular place with lots of different dishes to choose from. I went with 3 friends and we had the chicken and veal parmigiana. I’d never had parmigiana before but my friends had and said they’d had better and were slightly disappointed. The service was pleasant. The atmosphere is busy and loud, but fine. I wish they would turn the lights down a notch — it would add a little ambiance to the room.

Photos are much better then real food. To boil vegetables, add tomato paste and pepper and call it minestrone, thats not soup.. basically pasta, pizza house under umbrella of 'italian restaurant'

The food here is definitely good, although the portions are smaller than I would like but pretty typical. The service was not the best, not because we were treated improperly but because the food takes forever to arrive/takes a long time for your server to get to you. The atmosphere of the place is good overall.

WOW showed up no reservation, was packed, got treated like ROYALTY. Food was amazing and of such authentic provenance. Our server Hillary and her colleagues were SO attentive, even on a busy Friday night! Through all the business all the staff kept cool, pleasant and made us a memorable evening. Wow one of if not the best casual Italian joint north of Bloor.

I stopped by just to have lunch during my work break, and it was okay. The parmigiana was edible, it was not amazing, but it was not bad. The service was also neither amazing nor bad. If I would go again? I don't see any reasons to not go, but I also don't see any special reasons to go.

This is not a dining restaurant. It’s more of a family restaurant with tables packed in. The pizza was just ok. The crust was crispy but either there was no sauce or it had no tomato taste at all. My girlfriend’s pasta has some red peppers in it and that’s all you could taste. It was supposed to be a rose sauce but had no hint of tomato in it. The service was ok. Yet it is packed and I suspect it’s because the pricing is fair. Based on flavour a thumbs down!

I have always enjoyed my time at grazie, this time was no different. This place is my absolute favorite regarding the menu and the vibe of the restaurant, and on top of that, the service was just amazing at my last visit. Thanks to everyone involved for the lovely dining experience!

Impeccable service at this restaurant: some of the best I have experienced in this city! From the moment you step in, you are greeted by the kindest hostess and then served by a team of excellent wait staff. Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. They hire a good number of people here so you don’t really see overworked and stressed out wait staff. It’s really a breath of fresh air! The food is authentic, fresh, and delectable. I love pizza crust straight out of a stone oven and Grazie doesn’t disappoint. Check this place out: great value, five star service and Italian food the way it should be made.

Waitress told us the wait time would be 1 hour when we joined waitlist, but did not get a table unless more than 2 hours later. While waiting we saw some people came after us were seated first.
