I tried the popcorn chicken and hot wings. It was very delicious. The new milkshake was also amazing. Thanks to the employee at the till who recommended it for me. Location was clean and employees were professional as well.

This place is the worst experience I’ve had with kfc. I first order with the right location, the app crashes and sets my order to the wrong location. I call up to cancel and they start talking to other workers in Hindi for a while then says I’m supposed to cancel it on the app while the app says call them to cancel. Then they say the refund will take 1 hour or something, then hangs up when I asked did they process the refund or do I have to do something. Then I call back, they said hello, I replied and they instantly cut the call. Now when I call them, they just instant decline the call. An absolute shit show. I just lost my money since the location is so far it’s not worth it for me to go there and the franchise neither the location doesn’t do anything about it either.

Near to my home. Visited 3rd time. This time lots of things have been changed. New people working. Clean then before. And food quality also improved.

Went there after Halloween with family. Went to drive thru. It was pretty busy but workers doing good. Food was hot and really tasty .

Quite a few months this restaurant was renovated. I liked that the restaurant lobby looks much cleaner than before and food was really good.

I order my food at drive threw and I had to come back, my fries were so old and cold and same with my zinger sandwhich, I went back and ask for a fresh one! Why are they serving cold and why should I come back and request my food to be hot and fresh, this is horrible service. Probably the last time I come to this location

Had the worst experience today. Ordered well in advance for pickup but had to wait for 20 minutes for the food. And the food did not just taste good, everything we were served were cold and very stale. The burger buns came straight out of the chiller. And the burger patty aas too hard to chew. Such a horrible experience with such a renowned food chain.

Amazing experience!, I placed a large order, and everything was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent, the food was amazing, and the entire team was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend it, I will definitely be coming back!!

Everytime I go, I have the best experience, the team is friendly and always put extra ketchup for me. They are so short staffed that people should be nicer with them, they try their best with the small hands they have.

Well, what a disaster. Arrived at 4:50pm today and ordered on the Kiosk. Paid by card and the order never “went through” to the back. Flagged this to staff, got my food, which was 2 Tuesday specials, 20 minutes later. They should fix their kiosks. A lady with autistic kids received her food a very tardy 20-25 minutes of waiting. The front door kept locking randomly on people trying to enter and exit. What’s most surprising is they have 10 or so staff in the kitchen, but somehow can’t keep up with orders? I’ve seen KFCs with 3-4 staff pump out food quicker. Some clown in the back was taking selfies, playing on his phone, and talking idly while there was clearly work to do. This place needs better workers and management!

It was my second time here and decided to go in to the store. I was impressed with the drive thru before but when i went in today, I was amazed to see how organized the place was. Eventho it was very busy, the employees were very calm- the lady who took the order was really nice. I had the hot wings and as always, it was delicious.

Drive thru took 35 minutes and the person at the speaker always has such a heavy accent that it is nearly impossible to make an order. Can't make any special requests to your food because they won't understand what you're asking. If you want your food in a reasonable time, go somewhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They hady comment removed after I reported the to every single governing body related to my complaint I JUST made last week. These people did not clean their fountain lines properly as they should and where I got impaired and really sick!! Remove this again, i will just keep reposting.... 10,000 people have seen my post about this location specifically... I called and complained about their Pepsi Zero being contaminated with what I thought was alcohol but it turns out it has been sooo long since they cleaned the lines properly that the sugars fermented and turned into alcohol... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
