They don’t do anything in orders i had 30m lunch break and they took 20m to do my order because they finished all the orders for the people who came after me! I was the first one to order and last to take my order very disappointed!!

The chicken strips at this location are absolutely fantastic!They were perfectly golden, incredibly crunchy on the outside, and juicy on the inside.The team served them hot and fresh alongside some amazing dipping sauces.This is easily my new go-to spot for a quick and delicious meal!

The Zinger burger here is absolutely elite!The chicken patty was massive, perfectly spicy, and incredibly crunchy.Everything was fresh, from the lettuce to the soft bun, and served lightning-fast.Hands down the best place to satisfy a spicy chicken craving!

Absolutely amazing experience at this location!The fried chicken was perfectly crispy, hot, and packed with flavor.The staff members were incredibly friendly and served our food very fast.I will definitely be coming back here for my next meal!

Very disappointing experience. September 23,2026. First, I had to wait 25–30 minutes for a 2-piece chicken combo, and even after waiting that long, I was given the wrong order. My order clearly specified **dark meat only**, but I received only three small wings. The chicken tasted stale and was extremely hard and chewy. I could only eat a small amount from the inside and had to throw the rest away because it was practically inedible. This is the second time I’ve had this kind of experience at this location, which is extremely frustrating. On top of that, the cashier didn’t even seem to know about my app order, even though I had placed it 20 minutes in advance. The whole purpose of ordering ahead is to save time, but I still had to wait and then received the wrong order. Very poor service and food quality. Would not recommend this location. Easily one of the WORST KFC experiences I have ever had in Canada. Honestly, I don’t know how this outlet is allowed to serve food like this. The chicken was raw/undercooked, tasted old, dry and completely devoid of any flavor. Calling it disappointing would actually be giving it too much credit. And the coleslaw? Absolutely horrible. It had a bitter, stale taste that made us question whether it was even fresh. At that point, the meal went from “bad” to genuinely concerning. We had already heard multiple people complain about this particular outlet, but we were hungry and didn’t have many choices, so we decided to try it anyway. Big mistake. The warnings were apparently not exaggerated. I have eaten KFC at different locations in Canada, and I have never experienced anything this bad. This outlet gives the KFC name a terrible reputation. If this is the standard they are comfortable serving customers, then there is a serious problem with the management and quality control here. If you’re hungry, do yourself a favor and walk past this place. Spend your money somewhere else. You’ll probably have a better meal almost anywhere. KFC should seriously look into this outlet because this is not just bad food, this is an embarrassment to the brand. Never again. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this location.

Absolutely the worst experience. I ordered just ONE popcorn chicken online for pickup, and I still had to wait 30 minutes. The worst part is that I received a notification saying my order was ready for pickup, but when I got there, it clearly wasn’t ready at all. How does it take 30 minutes to prepare one popcorn chicken? What’s the point of ordering online ahead of time if the order isn’t actually ready when you’re told to pick it up? Completely unacceptable service. Never coming back.

I ordered zinger combo and a zinger sandwich. Both the sandwiches had stale buns and over cooked dry chicken. The drink was given in a cup with loose lid. Overall attitude of the person taking the order was so unwelcome and then the food quality really ruined it all. I have eaten here before and even then the food quality was bad but I thought maybe happened once but today it was worse.

BEWARE: me and my family member had food poisoning after we ate from this location. We ordered Zinger Burgers and we have been sick since. I DO NOT recommend this location! If management is reading this, you should be looking into the health & safety concerns. Clearly, now that Im looking at the reviews, I see a trend too. This is extremely concerning.

My latest visit to KFC was a textbook middle-of-the-road experience. The staff at the counter were perfectly pleasant, and my order was packed up quickly, but the food itself was a bit of a mixed bag. The original recipe chicken had that iconic, delicious blend of herbs and spices that I always crave, but the pieces themselves were incredibly greasy this time around. The skin was sliding off the meat, and the bottom of the bucket was pooling with oil. On the bright side, the mashed potatoes and gravy were hot and comforting, exactly as expected. It completely satisfied my fast-food craving, but the heavy greasiness kept it from being a truly great meal.

Keeping in mind this is KFC amd KFC to go to boot and not a fine dining establishment … you’d be hard pressed to find a bigger group of screw ups for staff. They have less than zero clue what they are doing and even less care if they even remotely get your order right.

Wouldn’t order here again for sure me The cashier was lost and can’t communicate properly. Not sure how they get placed on front of customers to do their job. Had to wait 25 mins before I could pick my order of just wraps and a sw.

This KFC location was okay. The food came out fresh which was amazing, but the wait time took a very long time. The staff are pretty friendly, it just took a long time to get my food.
