Food isn’t bad, I wish that for Hyatt they would have a little more options, but mention to the omelettes and the lady making them, very sweet. The restaurant is in the basement and definitely not expected. My biggest disappointment and I regretted having breakfast at the hotel was the service. Staff are impolite, have no attention and some are plain rude. I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay this past Saturday and Sunday night. We had breakfast here on the Monday. When we arrived at 11:00 we were advised the buffet usually closes at 11:00, however Raj advised he would hold it open for us until 11:30. We certainly appreciated that! Then Raj proceeded to provide friendly and efficient service. The food was incredibly tasty, (especially the sausages:) and the prices were very reasonable.

We ordered steak, salmon, and chicken curry, but unfortunately, everything was overcooked and lacked seasoning. The food also took far too long to arrive. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we expected much better.

Dinner here was great, but breakfast service was unfortunately very disappointing. The buffet is self-service, with omelettes and waffles available separately. There was some confusion about how the egg orders worked, as I had been asking for scrambled eggs rather than an omelette. Regardless, after the first waiter left, no one came to check on my table and I eventually had to get up and ask about it as breakfast was nearing its 11:30 end time. Another waiter said he would bring me the eggs, but they still didn't come. I eventually asked a waitress about it and whether I could cancel them, but she walked away without responding and returned with a plate of scrambled eggs anyway. When I asked for the bill, she seemed annoyed. I said "Have a good day" as I left, and she responded, "I'll try." The first waiter later called to follow up with me, which I appreciated. For an almost $40 breakfast, though, guests shouldn't have to repeatedly chase down service and then feel uncomfortable for asking about it. This was especially disappointing compared with the excellent dinner experience I had here.

We had a fantastic buffet lunch at Social Kitchen, Hyatt Regency, for our St. Stephen's College Alumni gathering of 28, and it made the day really special. A big shoutout to Chef Mahmoud and his talented team for putting together such a great spread, with a lovely mix of Middle Eastern and Continental dishes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, the hospitality was warm, and every little detail was taken care of. Thanks for helping make our reunion such a memorable one. Highly recommended!

I traveled to Toronto for vacation and enjoyed my stay at Hyatt. So I chose to try the food in this bar. The rib-eye steak is surprisingly delicious, juicy and tender. And the waiters are very friendly. You can tell how they managed the quality of details by providing pre-cooled glass ware for beers. I am satisfied and impressed.

A quiet setting in the Hyatt Regency, this restaurant has a menu that caters to all tastes. We started with the Chicken Wings and we were very pleased with the crispness and that they weren’t smothered in sauce, but had a nice medium spice level. The Butter Chicken was enjoyable and the Rib Steak had a nice reduction served with it. The service was very attentive and friendly and the Manager, Antonio, very knowledgeable about the wines offered. Hint: ask for the bottle of Llebre wine. A nice treat that isn’t on the wine list.
