I love kunafas Mississauga but this location is not it. The portions are small, they cant get your order right and the sando we got, the saddest one ive had so far. Wont be coming here

Visited a couple weekends ago, and the desserts are decent; however, the attitude, tone and professionalism of one of their workers at the front serving everyone was disgusting. I would recommend not having someone with a bad attitude serving people. We ordered 4 desserts but she gave us 3, and when kindly asked for the 4th one, she said we had not paid for it. I can understand that with a large order she may have forgot to charge us for one. However, we told her we’ll pay for it right now if she can make us the fourth as well. This did end up happening, but the rolling of the eyes and the attitude of this girl was insane. Would recommend management to not have her serve people when she clearly hates her job. Please, please please go to the Mississauga location. Their cookie is much softer less chewy and the main thing it’s more quantity and it’s not too sweet. The cookie at this location was super sweet. Mississauga location has really more portioning than this location.

The staff is kind but this location is very lazy. Went there at 10:30 for the viral scoop cookie, many others were also waiting for the scoop cookie. Made me wait for half an hour for another tray just for them to say that they aren’t going to make any more. At least 30 people came asking for the same thing. What kind of restaurant doesn’t want to conduct business?

The food was good and the staff were friendly, but the wait time was disappointing. We waited almost an hour for just two items, even though it wasn’t particularly busy. I understand that delays can happen, but the wait felt unreasonable.

The mango milk cake and cookie scoop were absolutely delicious! The flavours were amazing, and the desserts were definitely worth trying. Special mention to Tarek for being so humble and polite while taking our order. Great food and excellent service!

Very good food, the server was also very friendly to my wife and I and refused a tip, the chocolate cookie with ice cream was great, the cookie melted in your mouth and wasn’t too sweet. Very tasty!

First time coming here and definitely the last food was incredibly bad it was burnt and the strawberry’s were spoiled and tasted horrible the Kunafa was burnt to a crisp and needed to be thrown out due to the fact it cut my sons lip when he bit into he also told me they had no chocolate left but I saw him giving it to other customers this business is poorly ran and disgusting all over service time was also horrible there was a hour and a half wait just to get food that was disgusting and thrown away

Honestly wouldn’t come here again due to the fact that there were bugs crawling on the food and the fact that they still manage to serve it to customers. The pistachio in the Dubai chocolate was sour and watered down, floors were dirty and so was the walls and windows.

The store was very dirty and the mangos are definitely expired and the strawberry’s are expired or not ripe and when ever I go to buy Kunafa it’s always burnt and the I saw there was like 6 trays at the back where they make the strawberry cups they were all green the Kunafa was expired and completely nasty. THIS PLACE NEEDS A HEALTH AND SAFTY CHECK ASAP!!!

I’ve always loved Kunafa! ❤️ Last night, we went hoping to try something new, so I asked them to recreate the “Live Life to the Fullest” order( top review) The manager went above and beyond and created this absolute masterpiece for us! 🤩✨ Even at 12 AM, they made sure we had the best experience. It’s the little things, the creativity, and the extra effort that make a place truly special. 🫶🏻 Amazing service, incredible dessert, and an experience worth remembering! 🍯🤍

Drove an hour and a half specifically to try Kunafa’s Brampton location, unfortunately, the desserts were quite disappointing. The kunafa lacked flavour and was super dry (basically inedible) , and the mango milk cake was dry and flavourless. For a place we made such a long trip to visit, we were really hoping for something up to the standards on socials. On a positive note, the service was great, and the staff were lovely. Unfortunately, the desserts themselves fell short, which was disappointing given the hype.

Very bad experience with both Kunafas. The Mango Kunafa was very sour and it was just cream and dry sev, no proper kunafa taste. The Strawberry Kunafa had very tasteless strawberry and very less chocolate it tasted like cheap Nutella, not real chocolate at all. Overall very disappointing. Now I realize all these viral food items look good only on camera but taste is not as expected.

Okay so we were also trapped by the videos and all the viral menu..sorry but you guys disappoint your customers too. We took the krispy kunafa slice, it was literally to be thrown in garbage, was stale and had a smell on the first bite. Wasted $6 and the food. Another thing i noticed here at Brampton location, you guys do not cut the big proper slice, be it kunafa, milk cake or the scoop cookie. You try to cut it little smaller than we have seen in your other location videos, why the price is same then. It has literally happened. The sundae you guys serve, the layers are not proper at all if someone notices deeply. Another thing, the fruits you put in are always always sour. Happened with strawberries and mangoes both. Lastly what I saw, I visited twice in the same week and to my surprise you guys increased your menu prices from $6-$7 to $10 for the same cup. Too much happening!!! Won’t visit again and I really hope this review goes to every customer.
