You advertise that this location is 24hrs, but we have been turned away twice. First reason was that their system was updating and couldn’t take orders, and the second reason nobody answered us at the drive thru window. BUT TODAY SEPT 23 at 4:41am the drive thru was blocked off. IF YOU’RE UNABLE TO SERVE CUSTOMERS PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR DRIVE THRU LIGHTS. PEOPLE THAT ARE COMING TO YOUR DRIVE THRU AT THIS TIME ARE ON THEIR WAY TO WORK AND ARE ON A SCHEDULE. DO BETTER!!! Our order 2 coffees 🤷‍♀️

I just want to say my experience was amazing . Forgot to order coffee and was late for lunch due to traffic . Manager came and brought me a small coffee thank you friend . As I sat and ate my meal I was listening the staff joke , laugh the whole team and celebrated about a work task being completed. This manager needs a raise really ! This world - and work place environment need more people like him . God bless you friend and thank you TIL next time

Wow, drive through today is extremely slow, been waiting $25 mins for a happy meal. I tried calling in to the restaurant to see what was up and the person who answered was rude and did not seem concerned Do better McDonalds, your a huge brand

Absolutely unacceptable waiting time. I had to wait an extremely long time for my order, with no proper explanation or update from the staff. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s. The whole point of fast food is quick service, but this was nowhere close to that. Very disappointing.

2 story mcdonald’s?!!?? had some great times here and some not so great times. my big back ah came here at around 4am on a tuesday during winter and had to wait 50 minutes in the drive thru to get my borgor and pies

Floor fans blowing on food,garbage cans over flowing and slow service. No hairnets and ine employee handled cash and then made food eithout washing hands..gross.How this place gets a green pass leads me to believe a fat envelope of cash was involved.

Service was slow, disgusting atmosphere so dirty. The bathroom was so disgusting that I couldn’t even use it that I’ve seen cleaner washrooms at a gas station off the side of the road, and every part of the restaurant was just gross and needed to be cleaned. We will never ever visit this location.

Really disappointing experience. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and even after repeating my order 4 times, it was still made incorrectly. I was then asked to park at the front and wait another 10 minutes for them to fix it, but nobody ever came out with my food. What should have been a quick drive-thru stop ended up wasting almost 45 minutes of my day. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, long wait, and attitude made the whole experience extremely frustrating.

Make sure to check that you have the correct order before leaving the premises. You never know when they give you the wrong meal, or hot water instead of tea.

This location has really gone downhill..it used to be great service quality and cleanliness but not so much anymore. I was very displeased on my last visit. The serving of fries was dismal.
