I've been to this location a few times now. Late night staff are quite apathetic. Wait times are long. The evening there was a female in drive thru standing and talking to the attendant for a while. I got fed up and wanted to cancel my order but they refused. I will be going somewhere else from now on.
McDonald’s is my go-to place for coffee every day, but unfortunately, getting the correct change back has become a frustrating experience. The staff seem to lack proper training in handling change, and this issue keeps happening repeatedly. I never wanted to leave a negative review, but since this problem continues almost every day, I feel it needs to be addressed. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and provide proper training to staff to ensure customers receive the correct change and have a better overall experience. I enjoy McDonald’s coffee, but I also expect accurate and reliable service every time I visit.

Guy didn’t take my full order
Zero Customer Service through a dine in attempt. 3-4 members of management refusing to engage, or offer any eye contact, making it seem as though I should just use the order kiosk and not inconvenience anyone. Was a great conversation going on in Filipina though. Thought maybe the drive through had their attention but only saw one car in there. Took it as a sign that it was saving me the dirty calories and to get a salad from Chopped Leaf.
Went through the drive thru yesterday afternoon and Kingston took my order. He was such a breath of fresh air! He had me smiling and laughing right from the start. Was super friendly and I enjoyed the interaction with him. Very personable and he should be kept customer facing. It was a stressful day but I left that drive thru smiling so Thank You Kingston!!
"Open 24 hours" - we can see people inside avoiding eye contact and not taking anyone's orders.
The workers here are nice, but they don't seem to know what to do when asked for a lettuce wrap. Meal ended up being 2$ more and for some reason they only served one patty on the McDoubles that were ordered. Paid more for a worse experience. And my fries were cold

Why these stores are slow serving as hell after 11:30 pm. Had to wait 20 min at drive thru lane to pickup just 2 food items. Hire more staff at night. Poor service

This has to be one of the most busiest McDonald's in St. Albert as it was absolutely swamped, but the people there were able to get the meals up quick and courteous and were very effective. Now it's McDonald's so you know exactly that the meals are exactly how they are, but still it was worth it and it was able to fulfill the need of the fast food.

Refused to take any orders for over an hour. Advertised as 24/7. Either McDonald's is lying and false advertising, or the staff are so incompetent they can't even flip burgers right.
