Great Italian place in the Junction. The food is excellent and the service is wonderful.

We had a fantastic experience at Nodo! A friend and I celebrated our birthdays in the private downstairs room, which was cozy and perfect for our group of 16. It’s very aesthetic and a little dark, but that really sets the mood. Having a private space where we could chat and enjoy ourselves with our own group was amazing. It’s a great spot for hosting a larger celebration. The food and service were fantastic. We were lucky to have Ollie, who was incredibly friendly and charismatic and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated how attentive the service was, even with the extra effort of going up and down the stairs to look after all 16 of us. Thank you, Nodo and Ollie, for helping make our celebration so memorable!
Great experience, food is awesome. GF options. Go there every time I'm in Toronto.
I appreciated the friendly staff, but I wish they had been more attentive. It took quite a while for someone to check on us after we were seated.
Such an enjoyable experience at NODO Junction last week. This will definitely become a regular spot for me… -Service was fantastic thanks to our waitress Mara. The restaurant was completely full, but she never once made us feel rushed or unattended to. My elderly mom had forgotten her glasses, and Mara took the time to explain almost the entire menu to her and even taught us some new Italian words. She was incredibly warm and somehow kept the same positive energy with every table despite how busy she was. -We loved the Octopus (tender but crisp), the Chittara, and the Trinacria pastas. I highly recommend this spot, but I’d reserve a spot because it seems to fill up fast.
Some things in the menu are supper yummy but sometimes the proportions are off. Amazing pizza, too much cheese for example.
Great food. Wonderful ambience and service.
Mackenzie was a star! She made our stay amazing. She is so kind and definitely your top server 🩷
Best arancini I’ve ever had!
Lovely atmosphere to go on a date . Great food and excellent service. We had arugula salad with walnutb, pear and cheese slices ,the seafood linguine and duck racu parpadelli which was amazingly Italian authentic. Wish they serve bread and olive oil and give us real napkins instead of paper ones . Overall everything was perfect . Will come back to enjoy other wonderful dishes .
I used to come here every now and then for the past 3 years. It’s very compact, the last time I came with my husband to dine I was literally touching the arm of the lady beside because of how condensed the chairs and tables are to each other. aswell how it took so long to even get water, the servers are nice but had to ask for water is funny after sitting at our table for 15 mins. Wanted to switch my meal due to me not liking it (normal it happens), my husband was already half down his food by the time I was able to waive a server down, it wasn’t the fact that they wouldn’t comp the meal I didn’t to replace it with something it. I was turned off by the waiter talking to me as if I was a child and looking at me and my husband as if we were cheap. (Plus we still tipped I’m not that petty)
Great celiac safe options!
Great service, medicore food. They burnt the hell out of the gnocchi. Gave the place another chance and they blew it again. Overpriced pedestrian slop. Go to Annette Food Market instead.
Oh my gosh. We are from Kitchener and a dear friend brought us there. What a treat! There is nothing comparable in our area. It was first class. The food, the service ....all wonderful...can't wait to go back
Perfect food. Service very good. Comfortable place.
We like this place. However, this is the second time we have come and there is no service because they have a private event. At least have the decency of letting your regulars know that is going to be closed either on google or your website!
I went there for lunch today. The vibe was really fun. Our server was really nice, gave us some great recommendations. Food was delicious, I really enjoyed my pasta. I will be going there again for sure! love it. five stars all the way.
Service was a little slow but well worth it. The food is amazing. Try the blackened brussel sprouts. Soo good.
This past weekend, we celebrated our son’s baptism at Nodo Junction, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We’re regulars at Nodo Hillcrest, but the Junction location was absolutely beautiful, and the staff was incredible from start to finish. They were on top of every detail, and our guests had nothing but amazing things to say. Nora made the booking process so easy and was wonderful to work with. The food was outstanding—every dish was beautifully presented and clearly made with care and love. We would highly recommend hosting your next event here. Thank you again to the entire team for helping make such a special day so memorable!
Get the calzone. It’s a smash on that menu.
Really enjoyed our meal!!! Excellent service by Catherine . Will definitely come back…
a friend and i got the linguine vongole and it had a ton of sand in it. when we complained to the waitress, she said the sand was part of the experience because its clams. didnt know improper cleaning techniques were part of the experience!
What an enjoyable experience. From the moment we walked through the door, Nodo made a reunion of three old friends feel special. Special thank to “Key” who solved an unexpected problem. Traffic was horrific. After I rode over, I realized that my lock was broken. In a panic, I asked if I could park my unlocked bike in the back. Instead, they created a spot, just inside the front door. We enjoyed a number of delightful dishes and inventive drinks. Thank you for the perfect evening. This unpretentious local spot is a hidden gem. We will be back!
Went for a birthday celebration. Has to be moved to basement room due to a last minute larger booking upstairs. Big enough for 20 people but boxy and loud. Excellent food and service.
"The food at Nodo Junction was great, but apparently, our table didn't make the cut for 'best behaved.' When we returned a dish we didn't care for, the staff gave us a $25 discount—under the line item 'Unreasonable Guest.' We appreciated the refund, but the sass on the receipt was the real dessert!"
