food is decent, not enough noodles or meat. service is always great. my issue is the dirty booths that have food stains and covered in dust at the top. Please get an upholstery cleaner and make it better. Difficult to enjoy lunch when sitting in a gross booth that hasn't been cleaned in years.

The spring rolls were wonderfully crispy without being burnt, a small error so many other Vietnamese restaurants do time and time again. The filling on the spring rolls was also very packed and not airy. Very impressive. The soup broth was very flavorful

I've been going to OP since 1997. I always get #63 with spring rolls to start. Super friendly staff and super good food. Whenever I try another Vietnamese restaurant I always say "hmm, it's just not OP." - you just can't beat it. And they now have frozen spring rolls to take home!! No other spring rolls compare. Thank you for so many great times and full bellies!

I just picked up a $25 vermicelli dish (with tip), there was no hoisin sauce and no chop sticks included. Food was great but the portion felt small for the price. I'm pretty mid on the whole experience.

The restaurant is well maintained and the service has always been great. They're friendly, attentive and the food comes out quickly. However, this is one of the most expensive Vietnamese restaurants I've patronized in the city. Outside of the vegetarian options, the cheapest soup noodle dish starts at over $18. In comparison there's at least 2 other Vietnamese restaurants within a less than 5 minute drive that start at a few bucks cheaper. Obviously it's working for them as they have a steady and regular clientele, but with Vietnamese restaurants a dime a dozen in this city and with the type of dishes and quality being fairly similar across the board, this would not be my first choice of restaurant unless I had a craving for a specific dish here.
