I wish there was an option for ranking Pizza Hut below 1 star somewhere in negative number system would be nice. For this specific location serving their customer was their least priority. It seemed the employees had some sort of chip other than shoulder and were super rude. A dumpster would be more hygienic than their kitchen. I was going place a big order but didn’t. If you are in the mood for poorest costumer service then only consider going to this location. My recommendation would be, do not go here at any costs.

The pizza was absolutely delicious! 🍕 The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the cheese was melted just right. Everything was full of flavor and tasted amazing. Definitely coming back again! Special shoutout to Gur for the amazing service! 🙌⭐

Had a lovely experience at Pizza Hut! Gurleen was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She had a great attitude and made the whole visit pleasant. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Went first time at this location and service was excellent. Gurleen was so welcoming and professional she made sure tht my order was ready at time. She was above and beyond , very cheerful girl. Will gonna order pepperoni pizza every weekend now. 🍕🍕

UPDATE to my original review. Restaurant did phone me back. They offered a CREDIT for a new pizza. I explained that I did not require that much of a credit but instead just $6.00 to cover the missing items. She insisted, so I guess we will give them one more try! Thank you to the Windermere Pizza Hut. First time ordering from the Windermere Pizza Hut and was extremely disappointed. We had company over and order online for pick up. We ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and paid an additional $5.78 for extra sauce and Green Peppers to be added. We are about a 30 minute drive round trip away. Get the food home, the pizza has no green pepper or extra sauce. We order the hand tossed crust and there was about an inch+ of crust around the large pizza edges, it was like eating cardboard. I phoned the store and she said do you want to come get another pizza? It was about 6:40 pm so I said, "No, we don't want to drive in again, she asked what I wanted to do? I said, "Can you not give a $5.78 credit?" She couldn't, she has to speak to the manager, who was not in, so she'll ask him tomorrow. We'll see if I receive a phone call or not? We won't buy from Windermere Pizza Hut again...

I went in to pick up my order today and there was a customer with their kids being rude to the employee. I felt bad for her but she was very professional and tried explaining to the customer but they were still being rude to her. My food was delicious, warm and made with care. I had no issues with the staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Marsona! I was having trouble placing my order online, and she went above and beyond to help me through the process. She was incredibly patient, kind, friendly, and genuinely happy to assist. What made the experience even better was her warm smile and lovely attitude. Marsona turned a frustrating situation into such a pleasant experience. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made me feel truly welcomed and valued. Pizza Hut is very lucky to have Marsona on their team. She absolutely deserves special recognition for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
