We arrived at 2:25 PM on Sunday for breakfast, 35 minutes before the restaurant’s advertised closing time of 3:00 PM. The staff member seemed unsure, went to consult with someone in the back, and then returned to tell us that the last call had already been made and they couldn’t serve us. There was no visible notice about an earlier last call. I understand closing procedures, but turning customers away 35 minutes before closing without clearly communicating this policy is disappointing and unprofessional.

Absolutely — here’s a strong but natural review: Worst breakfast experience I’ve ever had. The service was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The staff were unhelpful, inattentive, and made the whole experience extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing — completely tasteless and lacking any flavour. For a breakfast place, where you expect simple food to be done well, this was a huge letdown. Between the terrible service and the bland food, I would definitely not recommend this place and will not be coming back. If you tell me what specifically happened with the service, I can make it much sharper and more specific.

What an amazing, clean, bright breakfast oasis. Vraj went over and beyond with making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole dining experience, even pulling out my chair. The food was hot fresh and made to order, I will definitely be back to this location.

First time dining at Pür & Simple and our experience was wonderful! The owners are wonderful, and their staff are amazing. All of them have smiling faces and love to work at this establishment. Our server was Jasmine and her welcoming smile, demeanour, and attention to detail were superior. I would highly recommend this Pür & Simple location for its service, cleanliness and high quality of food! Top 3 things enjoyed during our visit: 1) Freshly squeezed Orange Juice 2) Chocolate Chip Pancakes 3) Vegetarian Omelette (sour dough toast was amazing!)

French toast was black in many areas. Husband asked for no mushrooms and they were added. Server was sniffling and touching her nose while speaking to us. Took over 10-15 min to get the bill.
