The place is gorgeous and very charming, the food was absolutely excellent. I went with my family for a birthday and the servers there were the sweetest, we were very well treated for Nick and melissa. 100% recommend everyone to come and i’m definitely going back!!

We went to Red Lobster for the first time tonight as we are visiting from the UK, and we loved it!! The food was fantastic but what really made the experience special was our server Nick. He was so friendly, helpful and cheery he made the experience even better. the Barrie restaurant are very lucky to have him!!

I ordered garlic shrimp, walt's shrimp, shrimp alfredo, and sweet chili shrimp. The food was not good. Texture, doneness/cooking, and seasoning - all subpar. I am aware of the standard of food at chain restaurants, but this was really disappointing. Everything also seemed to be grossly oversalted - far beyond anything you would get even at fast food places. I cannot blame the kitchen staff entirely, as I presume they can only work with whatever premade sauces and frozen shrimp supplied to them. The best part of the meal, without a doubt, were the cheddar biscuits. The service was good though!

Had a great experience at Red Lobster! The service was excellent, Mark was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Picked up an order for unknown app., waiting long despite not being all that busy. Even more different vs. wait: exiting parking lot. If was bad for a sunday on bayfield. Not a pleasant experience overall!

We celebrated my son's 14th birthday. Our server Sarah was exceptional; so rare to have such great customer service. We enjoyed the meal, my son devoured the Mariners Boil! We have never been and he had never tried sea food, she was knowledgeable and super helpful! She also surprised him with a sundae :)

Our server Melissa was friendly, efficient and kind. We visited for our 59th wedding anniversary and for endless shrimp. Melissa guessed it was our 40th anniversary and was surprised when we said 59th. That was a great complement! Melissa was knowledgeable about the shrimp choices and recommendations. She made the visit memorable, and we will return for the 60th for sure. She is special.
