This was our second time around, trying this location in Moncton! First time around it took a very long time to get food and the service was not good as there were not alot of servers on. This time exact same thing although not As busy, we had the exact same SERVER and the service was not good. We did not catch her name (lady with blonde hair). She forgot part of our order. There were no table checks done. When she seemed to remember us, it was fine, but waiting in between visits to the table seemed like an eternity. When part of my order came well after my main meal, it was disappointing. The shrimp were great. Chicken was good., Mashed potatoes were cold - we opted for the brownie dessert, It was good, although basic. It would’ve been a nice gesture for her to comp the brownie, but that wasn’t offered. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

I’d like to thank Tracy for a wonderful experience tonight. She was quick to provide us service, and checked on us regularly whenever we needed anything. I’d highly recommend just due to service. Chicken Parm for those who like it traditional, I wouldn’t recommend but the ribs and chicken are a easy win
