Sea Fortune Restaurant @ Granville Ave, Richmond BC. Convenient location. Free parking spots. Good food (Shrimp dumpling, Pork & shrimp dumpling, Braised Beef Tripes, Tendon, Liver & Brisket with Turnip, Pan Fried Eggplant & Tofu Stuffed with Fish Paste, Steamed Rice Roll with Chinese Donut) at reasonable price. Nice & friendly staff.

Had a really frustrating experience here today. We ordered eggplant stuffed with seafood paste, and my mother immediately noticed that the seafood paste looked undercooked. I tasted it myself, and the texture was noticeably soft and powdery, and did not seem fully cooked. We brought the concern to the manager, who took the dish away and offered to cancel it and asked us to order something else. However, the manager later came back and insisted that the dish was fully cooked. I explained that I had actually eaten the food and was concerned about its doneness. Rather than simply acknowledging the concern and apologizing, the manager became defensive and eventually told me that if I was not satisfied, I could file a complaint. Whether the kitchen considered it fully cooked or not, the way the concern was handled was disappointing. When a customer raises a food-safety concern, I believe it should be taken seriously rather than argued over. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression. I will not be returning. Update: Two hours after my visit, I developed an upset stomach. I am hoping the situation gets better soon so I don't need to seek medical attention.

Came here for dinner with my family. The service and food is decent for the price. Parking lot gets a bit busy, but there’s lots of street parking nearby. Best to make a reservation.

Great‑value dim sum with tasty food This place serves wonderful dim sum with excellent value for money. They run special‑price promotions from time to time, yet the food quality stays consistently good. The dining atmosphere is also really nice. The only small downside is their teapots. Some are quite old and tend to leak when pouring tea. Other than that, the dishes are delicious and enjoyable. Would recommend.
