Wow. I came to Subway after a long shift and checked Google Maps before heading over. It clearly showed that the store was open until 10:00 PM, so I arrived at around 9:35 PM expecting to grab some food. Instead, the store was already closed. I understand closing 10–15 minutes early if you need to clean up or finish things, but closing almost 30 minutes early when your posted hours say 10:00 PM is honestly disappointing. Especially when someone is hungry, checks the hours, sees that you’re open, and makes the trip specifically because of that. This is a franchise, and this is how you advertise your business to customers? If the actual closing time is 9:30 PM, then the hours should say 9:30 PM. I’ll be reaching out to corporate as well because this really isn’t fair to customers. I’m not trying to be difficult, but if you advertise that you’re open until 10 PM, customers should be able to rely on that.
