One of the best locations of subway. The employees are so kind and knowledgeable. Komal was so kind to us when we visited this store. Highly recommended this location of subway.

Food is about average for subway. Only one person in store making sandwiches, there were five customers when we arrived. All tables needed cleaning. Not clean. We asked to use washroom but the worker said toilet is blocked and unusable. I am wondering as a food service place are they even allowed to stay open if there is no bathroom. What does she do if she works there for 8 hours!??

I visited this Subway location on East Broadway yesterday and when I arrived, there was a lineup with only one employee working at the counter. There was a bit of wait, but I was happy to be patient. When I asked the employee if there was anyone else available to help with the customers, she explained that she was the owner and that her afternoon 2 employees took off by giving her short notice. I felt sorry for her because she was doing her best to manage everything on her own. Despite the difficult situation, she remained professional and work hard to serve everyone. She made my sandwich perfectly and I was happy with the quality of the food and the services she provided. I appreciate her dedication and the effort she put in, especially under those circumstances. I hope things get easier for her and that she has a reliable team to support her. Overall, I had a good experience and would be happy to visit again.

At lunchtime, I picked up a rice roll while I was at it; it tasted pretty good, and parking was convenient, too.

This Subway is not in the nicest strip mall, but the staff are incredibly friendly, efficient and make great sandwiches.

I’ve had a consistently great experience at this Subway. The entire team is doing a fabulous job—they are always friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent customer service. The food is always fresh here and the restaurant is consistently spotless, well-organized, and maintained to a very high standard, which makes every visit enjoyable. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the service, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere. Keep up the fantastic work—this is one of the best Subway locations I’ve visited, and I highly recommend it!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The owner was extremely rude, stubborn, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. The meat portion was far below what I expected—it was sliced so thin that it barely looked like the proper serving. On top of that, the way I was spoken to was disrespectful and unpleasant. Customer service should be courteous, regardless of the situation. Because of this experience, I have no intention of visiting this location again. I hope Subway’s headquarters looks into how this store is being managed and ensures that customers receive the proper portions and respectful service they deserve.

If I can't wash my hands there why would I eat there... How can a restaurant washroom be out of order for more than a day? If you can't fix your washroom, do you deserve my money?? I think it's absolutely ridiculous management would even put their employees in this position.
