Chilli here is complete water every time you order it 0/10
Understaffed/Slow wait times (15 mins often for any food), get order details wrong about 50% of the time. I tolerated these things since I'm not that picky, but the last straw for me just recently though was lying to customers. I come in in the morning, all the donuts are "reserved for a mobile order", annoying policy/system but okay fine. I come back SEVEN HOURS later, the exact same donuts are still sitting there "reserved for a mobile order"...? When challenged, they had no sensible explanation, just said the order was canceled and placed again (I happen to know the time limit on the app would require that to have happened multiple times in a row). My best guess is the staff wanted them for themselves after the shift and aren't good at being sneaky? I dunno man, but lying to me means I go from visiting 1-2 times a day to never. A&W has a shorter line anyway, and plenty good coffee for the same price, turns out.

I had a very disappointing experience on September 14 and 15. The girl working in the evening served me cold coffee even though I specifically ordered hot espresso. When I politely asked for a hot one, she became upset and made a rude facial expression. The coffee being cold was already disappointing, but the attitude when I asked for it to be corrected made experience even worse. I expected much better customer service. Although there are other workers who are really good and give exceptional service.
Great service, friendly staff, and fresh food! The coffee was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

According to my order, 6 donut box, I am supposed to get 1 of each house, instead they gave me 2 of only 2 houses without explanation. I saw at the store they had all of them available. They just don’t tale their job seriously.

Terribly understaffed, a big loss of time
Never had an ice coffee look like this before. Also while I was at the store there was smoke and felt like something was burning. Another customer requested that their croissant be warmed and she was told it’s warm enough and they didn’t do anything about it.
The food and the drinks are greatt! The staff especially are the nicest and the sweetest! Love coming to Tim’s here

I’ve seen cross-contamination issues here before, but what happened on my recent visit is a serious food safety violation. On July 27/2026 at approximately 6pm, I watched a staff member sweep the floor, grab a cloth, soak it, and use that same cloth to drain the water with the sink and wipe down counters and in between counters and to later wipe it on a cutting board where they were preparing my food. I complained, they threw the chicken and prepared a new one like nothing happened, not going here anymore
