Really good experience at this Tim Hortons, especially because of Joban and Kirti. Joban made me a matcha one day and honestly, it was probably the best matcha I’ve had from Tim Hortons so far. It was actually really good! Kirti is always really nice and friendly too. Both of them are welcoming and make you feel comfortable whenever you come in. It’s always nice getting good service from people who are genuinely friendly. Definitely wanted to give a shoutout to Joban and Kirti. Great job guys! 😊

We usually visit this place during break times and the staff makes our visit enjoyable as they are friendly. I appreciate their service and atmosphere makes it a great place to stop for a drink.

I have not had a very good experience at this location, and unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently average. Whenever I go through the drive-thru, the staff rarely greet with smile . Even after handing over the food or drinks, they often do not say “please” or “thank you.” I had another bad interaction recently where the manager was polite, but we were trying to redeem a regular offer that was available in the Offers section of the app. Instead of helping us figure out how to redeem it or finding a solution, we were simply told, “Can you come inside?” If I wanted to come inside, I would have gone inside in the first place. I specifically chose the drive-thru because I did not want to go inside the store. Being told to come inside instead of having someone try to assist us defeated the purpose of using the drive-thru. I also work in customer service, so I understand how important it is to make things easy and convenient for the guest. Customer service should be about being helpful, finding solutions, and making the customer’s experience better—not making things more difficult for them. The store needs to focus more on greeting customers, being welcoming, showing appreciation, and making an effort to help when customers have questions or issues.

This location is hands down the slowest location I've ever been to. They'll have one person working the cash for people that enter the store and 10 people working the drive-thru. Nobody helps the line I ended up being in there for 18 minutes waiting for my coffee. This is a store I probably will never visit again. I asked for a special request for my food and they forgot about it so I waited almost 20 minutes for something that they messed up.

worst service I’ve been going on this tim hortons for a while and everytime I go there they take 15-20 minutes for my order for two veggie wraps and even for the ice coffee too my whole day is ruined because of this.
