Make an order dont know if language issues but tim hortons in port perry cant get birthday cake and assorted timbits correct ask for birthday cake and get assorted every time not sure if its cause they dont know english or they have bad hearing but they get order wrong every day

Came to this Tim Hortons drive-thru, which is sort of shared with Wendy's (Tim Hortons takes the outside lane while Wendy's takes the inside lane). In the summer, motorcyclists can gather at the parking lot. Quite busy and slow, but a decent stop in Port Perry on the way to other places.

We did not understand his very poor English at the drive through just now!! He took a very long time to get 2 of the exactly the same drinks !! He needed help with understanding English from us so he could figure out what we ordered !! Please replace him with anyone who understands English both written and verbal !! Namaste 🙏

The drive thru experience was quite frustrating. Had to repeat our order several times to the drive thru worker, then was overcharged for an item we never ordered (I assumed the girl was looking at the wrong order). Was refunded through coins, rather than through my card & wasn’t given an option? Told them we were still waiting on an item, to wish she said was never rung it. The drive thru screen was correct when we finished ordering, so believe she was not looking at the right order. Ended up leaving without our missing item.
