This is the world's worst Tim Hortons. Service is extremely slow, often over 20 minutes just to get a drink and even longer if you want food. The staff are untrained and mismanaged, not their fault but definitely makes the service quality abysmal. It's also ridiculously busy despite all of this, so it's never worth getting anything here. Cannot make a cup of tea to save their lives, even with all of the times I've gone in hopeful that maybe this time they won't screw up my order. All I want is a London Fog with added whipped topping. I have successfully gotten this ONCE out of the three years I've intermittently attempted to get a nice drink before class. Last time I didn't even receive a LF, just an earl grey with whip, but NO milk or sugar AT ALL. Inedible. Only go here if you love waiting an hour for soggy potato chunks and the world's worst drinks.
