Very poor service. The staff were extremely slow and seemed more focused on talking to each other than taking care of customers and preparing orders. The lack of attention and efficiency made the whole experience frustrating.

This place is horrible and unprofessional… I asked politely three times if I can have my beverages they already messed everything up and overcharged me. This was 7 PM tonight. The girl at the window, a young girl is very ignorant, and she has black hair, very ignorant. My drinks weren’t even properly made how I asked them. I just had to take them how she made them and then I gave her the remaining change when she was trying to overcharge me and I said just please give me my drinks. I just want to go… I’m not even from here. I’m never coming here again and she was yelling at me through the window. I asked her three times if I can just have my drinks, finally she gave me my drinks and I just drove off in a mature form. I’m never going to this place again and she spilt the iced coffee on the side of my vehicle, which I have pictures and then she was yelling at me out the window in drive through not cool.

My partners wallet was stolen from a booth this week. There was a fair amount of cash in it and all of his cards. The staff are AMAZING! This location is busy and steady, there was one woman who was taking orders, making orders, watching the cameras, watching the dining room and outside. After hours of us waiting for the police this woman was able to retrieve my partners wallet from an outside garbage, no money in it but all cards accounted for!!! They had footage of the person taking the wallet but couldn’t legally tell us who it was, only release it to the police so we sat around. I called the police at 12:22pm the next morning I received a text from the NRP with a number to call if I still needed them. THANK GOODNESS FOR THE STAFF!!!!!

For some reason they literally refuse to cut my bagel with bacon on it in half even if I ask for it. Adding bacon I guess makes it a sandwich which they don’t cut but if I ASK for it cut and they still don’t want to is crazy. Then went back inside and asked them to cut in in which the girl on the sandwich station literally ripped it in half. However the lady who is usually on the DT window during weekday mornings is very lovely. Also to no fault of their own now getting bad in that area for people doing drugs in the parking lot.

I've frequented this location since 2006. I stopped and switched to basically any other Tims location available once the government-run homeless encampment was inhabited next door. Since then the place is not even appropriate to visit with your children. There are constantly addicts nodding off right outside the entrance doors and inside the restaurant. You can't visit the washrooms unless you're legitimately looking to contract a disease, and the furniture is in poor condition as well. It was my favourite location since I was a child. I would even drive there when living in Pelham to bring my kids for treats or meet a friend. Never again. I won't even go through the drive-thru now. It really is too bad but it has been rendered completely un-visitable due to the current state of the place. I don't see it ever improving now.
