There's a section on the side of the building for pickup orders. When I was asking one of the cooks how long it would take for the order to be ready as I had already waited 20 minutes. He told me that I should just get out of the store. Very rude employees and very dirty environment in the kitchen. You can literally see it standing there. Filth everywhere. I would not recommend eating at a place that is this dirty and people are this rude.

Hi Adam, we’re sorry you were unhappy with your experience as a driver picking up an Uber order for our customer. After reviewing the camera footage, we do, however, want to clarify what happened for anyone reading this review. Our uber orders are handled through our designated pickup area and our kitchen is not a customer-service entrance. You arrived at 6:18pm, the order was set to be ready for 6:25pm and at 6:29pm (4 minutes after the scheduled ready time), you approached the kitchen directly. When you asked about the order, our team was working to get it out as quickly as possible. We were also made aware that you swore at our expo employee when discussing the wait time. We absolutely understand being frustrated by a longer-than-expected wait, but our staff should never be spoken to that way while they are simply doing their job. As for the cleanliness of our kitchen, our kitchen is inspected and cleaned regularly and we take food safety and cleanliness very seriously. What may look messy or busy during service does not necessarily reflect our cleaning standards. We’re always happy to address legitimate concerns, but we also expect our employees to be treated with the same respect we expect them to show our guests and drivers.

This is a cool place to go and eat. The service and atmosphere are good. The food is good as well, and big portion sizes. They could change their buns or toast them a bit to better withstand falling apart but the flavour is there.

This idea has such potential but unfortunately isn’t there yet. While the service was friendly and efficient, the food was mediocre at best (especially for the price) and the space was dusty. I really hope the owners take note of reviews/feedback and do the work to make improvements! This could be great and this area is in need of family friendly/pub fare options like this.

Service is top notch and our party pub food is awesome!! The workers are amazing and we truly appreciate them for what they do. The food is wonderful. Fun to watch TV and live music sometimes. The one negative thing here is that is that the AC doesn't work properly (maybe they dont have one, maybe its a malfunction). An issue for the time being especially that it is summer at the time of reviewing. 4 stars. Other than that you guys are AMAZING!!! 🎉
