First time trying the pork ribs at the PNE today and they were hard as a rock...great flavour but it was like eating 2 week old ribs and i threw more than 3/4 of the ribs away...an older couple behind me said the same thing...when i went back to tell them they said we can give you fresher ribs and I was like fresher ribs? So the ribs you gave me were not fresh? The only great thing was the yummy corn bread but it was ice cold....Please do NOT serve these ribs to your customers....I dont mind paying top dollar for your food but come on ...these ribs were seriously gross

Third time I have had it the last two times the meat has been very dry no sauce not impressed for the price they charge. I am not sure if the meat sits a long time or its just the lack of sauce

So good ... love this BBQ. Bet brisket ever ... have to get the brisket every time and the mac'n cheese balls. Never disappointed.
While attempting to place my order for the Little Trucker platter (4 meats and 3 sides) for pickup, I was informed that an additional charge would be added for wanting all of the same meat. No where on the menu is this stated to occur (prices subject to change/additional cost for substitutions) and when I questioned the employee about this, it was simply stated that the offer was changed and only available for more money despite no written claims of this, and that they would not honor what they are offering because they "haven't had time to change it yet and are working on it". After speaking to the owner, he offered no resolution to rectify this. He could have honored the mistake and kept a repeat customer, but instead chose to point out rising food costs as the reason for the increase in price. I did not want a free meal, i wanted to receive a meal according to what was potentially possible. Instead, I will no longer order food from here and will be strongly advising those I know to do the same. I'm curious if the same stipulation would have happened had i ordered three sides of the same. I'm wagering a big NO as they typically are money in their pocket...🤔
Brisket was dry, coleslaw was bland. Only giving 2 stars as the pulled pork sandwich was decent as was the corn bread

Brisket was dry and didn't taste good
BBQ is delicious, including the fries which are top tier for sure. I normally go for the brisket, which falls apart (in a good way) and is so tasty. Prices are on par with other BBQ places.
