Delicious food and very friendly service. Our pani puri and dosas were perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with instrumental music playing in the background and the temperature just right. A great spot to satisfy your dosa cravings.

We recently ordered takeout from Udupi Adda and travelled all the way from Coquitlam to Langley to pick it up. Unfortunately, one item was missing from our order. What truly impressed us was how professionally they handled the mistake. They went out of their way to deliver the missing item all the way to us, despite the distance. Mistakes can happen, but the way a business takes responsibility and makes things right speaks volumes about its customer service. We really appreciate their effort, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!
What a wonderful food experience. My wife and I stumbled into this magical place on a sunny fall Sunday. It felt like we were transported to a different place as soon as we set foot inside. The decoration, the atmosphere, the service and the food. I would highly recommend UA to anyone.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! The food was incredible and genuinely reminded me of home. Every bite felt like I was back there. The service was just as wonderful, with warm smiles and friendly faces all around. The ambience is beautiful too, with thoughtful details that pay tribute to the owner’s hometown. Amazing food, lovely people, and a place I can’t wait to come back to!
Nibin was amazing server and very kind. Food was great too. We loved the coconut chutney. Golle bajje was not available but everything else made up for that.
Very disappointing experience at Udupi Adda. The service was extremely poor, and the overall customer experience was far below expectations. Staff should be more attentive, respectful, and professional towards customers. Good food alone is not enough; customer service matters just as much. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements. Definitely not a satisfying experience.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. First, the customer service was non-existent and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the washrooms were shockingly dirty and poorly maintained. Basic cleanliness and decent service are minimal expectations for any dining place. Management urgently needs to step up and learn how to run this establishment properly.
Been here a handful of times before sharing this review. I am from Karnataka. The verdict is that it's a hit or miss. What put us off this time to provide 2 star review was burnt and uneven dosa and some bad service by lady with glasses(everyone else is awesome). Churmuri- was good! Filter coffee- excellent! Bisibelebath- seriously! sambar rice with some punjabi pickle?? Why are you fooling? Just call it sambar rice!! Dosa thali- uneven and burnt dosa that you should seriously not serve your customers. Lady with glasses was rude to us.
