Not sure if Vanelli's St. Vital is under new management. Been there twice at 6 - 6:30 pm and told there is no pizza and they were closing soon even though the mall is open till 9 pm. I would like to rate zero but dont have that choice. I won't be returning here and will take out elsewhere.

Very disappointed with my experience at Vanelis Fast Food. The service was slow, and my order was not prepared correctly. The food arrived lukewarm and lacked the quality I expected. When I raised my concerns, the response was not very helpful. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope improvements are made to both the food quality and customer service.

Was at the mall around lunch time since I was working nearby. Felt like a few slices of pizza so I went here. When I approached the counter to see if there was any pizza slices there was none in the display case. Do your employees not know how to make pizza? Will not be going here again. Used to be a great place to go when they were at KP. It’s clear from reading other reviews that the owners/management just simply don’t care. If you’re looking for a great pizza place, don’t waste your time here.

Couldn't even order food. No one was at the counter. Buzzed their counter bell. No one came out 😂😂
