I purchased an item that was stale and I contacted them. They said bring it. We can exchange it when I brought it back. They said you can only exchange it for the same item, but she assured me this one will not be Stay. I really don’t know why you would sell something that is not good. It really turns me off from buying anything in this place because you never know what you’re gonna get.

If you cannot commit to Too Good To Go orders or fulfill your pickup times, you should update your availability in advance instead of locking the doors and leaving customers waiting outside indefinitely for no reason. The staff member inside was extremely rude and acted with clear bias. She was fully aware of the people waiting outside but chose to completely ignore everyone, showing zero respect for our time. What’s most absurd is that there was already a customer sitting inside, yet she offered no apology whatsoever. Instead, she self-righteously claimed that a sticky note on the window was "specifically for me"—even though the note didn't even state a return time. Her behavior was utterly unprofessional, deeply discriminatory, and lacking basic decency. This is a very serious issue, and I will be reporting this incident of discriminatory treatment to human rights organizations.

I’ve been going here for years and love everything but miss the focaccia!! Also to anyone who’s vegan not everything is vegan anymore so check the ingredients before you get this But bring the focaccia and strawberry chia pudding back please and thank you

I ordered some ginger shots and orange juice on Uber Eats today, but the orange juice tasted terrible, like it was spoiled. It had a really bad aftertaste. The ginger shots were fine, but the orange juice was awful.
