It’s been a while since I last ate at White Spot and I had good memories of the food. Unfortunately, my experience last night was disappointing. Everyone’s meal at our table looked sloppy and didn’t live up to the menu’s photos or descriptions. The service was also slow. Overall, the experience was lacklustre. There are much better restaurants in Kits that offer better food for the same price.

I had breakfast here early at 7am when not many other places were open. Very friendly service. I do not eat meat and the server was happy to modify their denver omelet by taking out the bacon and adding avocado instead. It, along with the hash browns and sourdough bread, really hit the spot. My tasty coffee was refreshed on a regular basis and was always hot as a result. The insider was nice and clean and very well thought out.

Terrible customer service for takeout when it's busy. I waited in line for 15 minutes while people behind and beside me got served. Someone finally managed to ask me my name and it turns out my food was ready the whole time just getting cold on the counter.

We are regulars. This is a review from my child: “Food is perfect! Staff are really quick with food. I like how you get a chocolate coin at the very start with the Pirate Pak. The macaroni and cheese is off the charts. The games and crayons help you not be hungry while you wait. And I can’t believe the parents can get desert too, if they like. Good thing you get a candle on your birthday!” As a parent I would also like to add that the staff on Thursday nights are exceptionally kind and patient with families!!!! Thank you to everyone at this White Spot.

This was our first time doing their “drive in”. We had kids in the car and we were all tired. The staff were great, they made it fun for the kids and the food was excellent. The car trays are really cool, this is something everyone should try out at least once. We will be back for more!

White spot is always a solid restaurant. I come here very often because I live in the area and white spot is just a great location and a great place have been coming here for years. The food is always great. I typically get the Monty mushroom burger and it is really good however, I’m not a fan of the fries at white spot. I don’t think they’re that great but the milkshakes are really good. Service is always good receiving food at the same time and it is always on time. White spot has a bunch of big boots, making it a very comfortable and enjoyable dinner and a enjoyable experience.

Ordered burgers, onion rings, zoo sticks and cheesecake for takeout. Everything but the cheesecake was outstanding. The cheesecake was sweet but basically tasteless with an odd texture. Reminded me of some cheap store bought cheesecake. White Spot used to have an outstanding cheesecake but this wasn’t close to what I remember. On another note the person who took our order, Naomi, was terrific.

I love White Spot but how much effort does it take to deliver a WARM bottle of Coca-Cola? Would the bare minimum effort of the job require reaching into a fridge & putting a COLD bottle of Coca-Cola into a delivery order? On a hot August day? Could we strive for that as a business goal next time? Amazing.
