OMG! Best Vietnamese restaurant ever! 😍 Don’t forget to try the pork belly vermicelli plate and the salted milk foam coffee. Love them both so much!! ❤️

Ordered a chicken spring roll takeout and has a hair in it and a piece of eggshell.
Very delicious coming from a fellow Vietnamese who usually rates Vietnamese food harshly. Vibe is chill. Food taste authentic. Elevated plating compared to traditional Vietnamese restaurants. Upgrade from Anh Vu that used to occupy this spot. Price is very reasonable considering they are at the corner of Yonge and Finch
Visited yesterday afternoon around 5:45pm ahead of the dinner crowds. Was in a rush to catch a show with my 11 year old daughter and needed something quick that we could finish without leftovers. I was hesitant to try the pho as I am pretty picky but my daughter convinced me. It was absolutely delicious! I was pleasantly shocked to find the broth was almost identical to what I consider to be my all time favourite spots recipe. Sever was kind enough to help us not over order. Food came out quickly and was just the right amount to leave us very full and not carrying any leftovers. Pleasure to find a new favorite restaurant that’s got a convenient location, clean amenities and such pretty decor. Will be back often. Wish them great success.
Beautiful, clean, and atmosphere rich restaurant. The workers are so nice, as well as the five star chicken vermicelli and beef pho. The Rick flavours are out of the world. Will visit again for sure !
Food was amazing, and service was excellent. Good music as well! Thank you!
What a surprise! I just walked in for a quick lunch. Good food and service. Light music and nice decor.
Looks good but tastes so-so. I enjoyed the music playlist then the food
Tried this place for the first time for lunch during work hours about a week ago - the service and the quality of the food was really good at a very reasonable price would highly recommend the service was impeccable
Beautiful place and nice food! This is a good choice to gather with friends at Yonge & Finch.
Loved their vermicelli bowls and calamari salted egg yolk. Great food and friendly service. Will come back for sure.
Love their vermicelli bowls and calamari salted egg. Super friendly staff and nice service. Will come back for sure!!
Great service and the food was really good. The place is very clean and has a nice ambience.
It's the first time visiting this Vietnamese restaurant for lunch and I have been to several downtown. So I wanted to try to see if there was any variation compared to other ones. Firstly, the place looked nice and the service was alright. The food was authentic. However, the stir fry noodle dish was dry and the meat was the same. The chicken wings and the calamari was delicious and hot, and was a hit. The only main dish that was delicious was the chicken and porkchops with rice. I tried the durian milkshakes and it was delicious which also added a refreshing boost to the pallet as it had pieces of durian in it. Overall, an okay place to quickly dine, pay and dash.
A great new Vietnamese spot near finch! The owners and staff are very helpful and kind, and the food was tasty with large portions. Highly recommend!
Amazing food! Will come back again
It was great 👍 Even kind nice and pretty servers!!!!
We've seen this location re-brand a couple of times now. In both of the previous iterations we had good first experiences but noticed a drop in quality over time. Hoping that XOM is able to maintain what seems to be a really solid start. I really like the menu compared to other Vietnamese places. It's simple and to the point. We ordered the flank pho and the back rib bone in pho. Both dishes were comforting with good flavours, and weren't overly oily. The bone pho came with the big bone on the side with all the tendons still attached and it all fell off the bone pretty easily. The shrimp fresh rolls were a nice big size, though most of the size came from layers of lettuce. Not necessarily a bad thing though and they were well wrapped to not fall apart after the first bite. The girl working here is really nice, kind of feel like she could use some more help as the place got quite a bit busier as we were finishing up and she was handling serving at least 15-20 people at once. Don't love the fact that they don't have the condiments at the table. I understand maybe wanting to limit food waste but it feels a little cheap to have your sauces portioned for you instead of being able to season to taste yourself. 5% cash discount
Google Review Amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. I was very happy with everything I ordered. The service was excellent as well. The server was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain some of the menu options and help me choose what to order, which I really appreciated. The restaurant itself has a very nice and welcoming atmosphere. Great food, great service, and a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Very fresh dishes and kind people. I like the refreshing rare beef salad and everything else
First of all, I’m Vietnamese and I’m from Hanoi, and I’ve been around for 25 years. So this “review” might guide you to put this place on your MUST-TRY list. As for whether you like this flavor or not, you need to try it to know because everyone’s taste is different. I’ll just talk about the flavors I’ve tasted here to show how similar they are to my hometown – it’s amazing! It’s been 2 years until now since I could experience this kind of taste again. The owner is from the North, so they do it best. Their expertise is making this place have a Northern flavor style, or I could say the most authentic Northern-style flavor I’ve had in a long time. Love how they named it “Kitchen.” 1. First look - MENU These signature dishes are selected from hundreds of Vietnamese dishes in general and from the North in particular, unlike most other Vietnamese restaurants in Toronto. For the appetizer: - Rolls - Salad - Wings Main courses - Phở (rice noodle soup) - Rice dishes Vermicelli bowls (I think most of you are already familiar with this) Stir-fry - Green Mustard Pickled with Beef Fried Rice (this is the one I had) - Other fried rice and noodle. Drinks (as everywhere) So what is the point of this MENU when it’s so basic, which is what I love? - DID LESS BUT DID IT WELL (làm ít mà chất lượng) They don’t sell “the whole world” like all the Vietnamese dishes that most Vietnamese restaurants do nowadays, like Bun Bo Hue (Hue-style beef noodle soup), Bun Rieu Cua (tomato and crab noodle soup), Bun Ca (fish noodle soup), Bun Cha Ha Noi (Hanoi-style grilled pork vermicelli with fish sauce), Banh Cuon (steamed rice rolls)…. etc. And that’s how they focus on QUALITY over QUANTITY. They make fewer dishes. I only had 3 that day, and all of them nailed it, but I will come back for ALL, to be honest. They did it like this to have a chance to make each dish the best quality in terms of taste, consistency, and suitability to current customer needs. But that doesn’t mean there’s a lack of variety for you to choose from. They got: - All the protein that you need: CHICKEN - BEEF - PORK - EGGS - TOFU - VEGGIES (seasonal) - and some more. - Distinctive street food dishes such as chicken wings, calamari, and tofu with the choice of fish sauce, salt-dusted, and especially egg yolk sauce. - Everyday familiar dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner such as noodle soup, rice (steamed or fried), and vermicelli. - Drinks and desserts like Vietnamese coffee, pops, beer, … It doesn’t overwhelm you by having to choose between dozens of unfamiliar dishes and not knowing if they’re good or not. I haven’t tried everything on the menu yet, but after those three dishes, I can confidently say they’re serious about what they do, and they’ll make other dishes with the same quality and flavor profile. Oh, and also don’t forget to put ingredient logos 🐟🥜🔥 and allergy warnings. 2. As for location, space, and price… - Front road, prime location in North York, next to the subway station and bus lines. Easy to walk to, with parks nearby. - Has patios, booths, long tables for groups and families, connected tables, a spacious area, and is comfortable to move around. - Dimmed lighting (love this). The lighting is just right, not the kind of blindingly bright light that can be very uncomfortable. - The price for main courses goes around $16-21 CAD (before taxes). This is fine for me. 3. As for staff and service, 10/10 - the girl (lady) who served us that night was 10/10. (She is so Jennifer Lawrence, but in F&B ✨). 4. Regarding portion sizes/prices, I need to experience more to give a proper assessment, but overall, 2 out of 3 dishes I ordered were good, 8/10. Flavor 9/10. I have a lot more to say about this place, but it reached the limit. For the kitchen and customers: There is no exact recipe for anything. But have to adapt with the culture and needs. No one can make it RIGHT—but the kitchen could make it FIT. If you just need to eat well, have a good meal, and be happy after a tiring day at work at a comfortable price, THIS IS IT.
I came here with my girlfriend on a Tuesday night to get some dinner since it is nearby our place and we needed something hearty. The interior of this little restaurant is so sweet, the décor and ambience is amazing - tons of flowers, lots of booths for seating, fairy lights and nature features. I had the salted egg yolk crusted calamari since it was mentioned a lot and it was very tasty! perfect balance between salty, egg tasting and calamari! I think that if it came with some sort of dipping sauce, it would elevate the dish even more! I had the grilled lemongrass chicken with vermicelli and replaced the deep fried spring rolls with a fresh shrimp roll. the chicken was grilled with perfect flavour and texture. the sides (cucumbers, lettuce, noodles) were all extremely fresh and tasty! My girlfriend had the thinly sliced beef ribeye pho and it was extremely well flavoured and seasoned. she was also very pleased with how fresh all of the ingredients tasted. we will for sure be back here, perhaps when the weather is cooler! Also a huge shoutout to the kind staff. Daisy was amazingly kind and helped us in choosing our dishes. Thank you!
Im asexual and express my disgust towards my current condition and other people who dont intoduce themselves, they are literally nobodies
Came here for lunch and everything was very fresh and delicious. The crispy skin on the pork was 😇😇😇. Cant wait for full menu so we can have BBH!
